Reservation Information & Policies
Rates: Our rates are for single or double occupancy in a guest room. They do not include the local 10% hotel tax which is added to your bill. There are no additional service fees or surcharges.
Capacity: Our guest rooms can each accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. We do not have rollaway beds available.
Children: Our property is not well suited for small children or infants. In order to maintain the atmosphere expected by our guests, we are only able to accommodate children who are 12 years or older.
Three-Night Minimum Stay Requirements: Due to the time, energy and cost of preparing and detailing rooms for our arriving guests, it is not feasible for us to accept one- or two-night bookings. For the sustainability of our business, we do not make exceptions.
Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due after your arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and traveler's checks.
Cancellations: Your deposit will be refunded less a $20 service fee if you cancel no later than 60 days prior to your arrival. Reservations cancelled within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded, but the full amount can be reapplied to a future visit.
Check-In: 3:00 pm or earlier by request if available

Check-Out: 12:00 noon or later by request if available
Plan to be at the airport two hours in advance.
Accessibility: There are 28 steps from the street to our property.
Smoking: Permitted outside only
Vacation Note: We are closed for the month of September and for regular breaks during the year to refresh the property and ourselves.
