Payment: To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is charged. The balance due on your reservation is charged 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations: Your deposit will be refunded less the charge for one night if you cancel no later than 30 days prior to your arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded but your payment can be applied to a future visit.
Last-Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are charged in full upon booking. This payment is non-refundable but can be applied to a future visit if the booking is canceled.
Special Non-Refundable Bookings: Reservations for multiple rooms or extended stays (10 or more nights) are significant commitments for all parties. Please coordinate schedules carefully as deposits on these bookings are non-refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation, the payment can be applied to a future visit.
Rescheduled Bookings: We are only able to reschedule a canceled booking one time. A subsequent cancellation would result in forfeiting your payment.
Check-In: 3:00-6:00 pm; earlier and later arrivals must be scheduled in advance.
Check-Out: 12:00 noon or later by request if available.
Smoking: Not permitted on the property.
